That is why we offer a 100% Refund Guarantee! If we are currently out of stock on your goods and you need them immediately. We will credit you with a full refund of the purchase price immediately with NO QUESTIONS ASKED! If you have a split order that has been only partly delivered, you can ask for a partial refund on the remaining batches immediately.

Saneyz will happily exchange or refund products in accordance with the following conditions:



  1. The Customer must notify the Customer Care Team via contact form or email directly at info@saneyz.com within 30 days after taking delivery of their product and request an exchange or refund which will be assessed subject to these conditions.

  2. The Customer must then return the product within 7 days of acceptance from the Customer Care Team.

  3. The product must be returned unworn and in as new condition, all in original packaging and with proof of purchase.

  4. Please note we do not accept change of mind returns for on sale products.

  5. Please note we currently do not accept change of mind returns for engraved products.

  6. Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot offer you an exchange or refund for Earrings.

  7. We do not refund any packing and postage charges. Return of products for change of mind is entirely at your cost and risk. Saneyz will not be held liable and therefore recommends that you send all returns by Insured Registered Post.

  8. Refunds can only be credited back to the credit card/Paypal used to make the original purchase. The refund will be processed as soon as the product have been received and inspected by Saneyz, however, please allow 14 days from the day you return the product for your account to be credited. The amount refunded will cover the value of the product(s) purchased, however shipping charges are NOT refundable.

  9. One year warranty is only applicable to watch movements.
